Women leaders, from the business and not-for-profit sectors in Scotland, will meet at the Hub, Royal Mile, Edinburgh on 15th June 2011. The intention is to co-create a long-term programme to support and inspire women leaders to play a more proactive part in transforming the leadership landscape in Scotland and beyond.
This movement is being catalysed by a passionate group of women who believe that women can play a key role in opening the doors to new ways of leading - ways that will support a fundamental shift in who takes on future leadership of integrity (broadening the diversity); and a shift in how leadership plays out in and across our organisations, communities and governments.
Louie Gardiner, one of the workstream leaders at TIGE 2011 conference has ignited the spark for this event titled, ‘Inspiring women leaders… dare we?’ Women in Scotland and globally are welcome to attend.
