Caux Iniciativas para os Negócios (CIB), conferência co-organizada por IdeM Índia e Japão, foi lançada em Panchgani, Maharashtra, India, entre 20-24 Novembro 2009. Seu objetivo era tentar encontrar respostas para os problemas que enfrentam na economia global.

The Caux Initiatives for Business (CIB) conference jointly co-hosted by Indian and Japanese Initiatives of Change associates, was launched in Panchgani, Maharashtra, India, between 20-24 November 2009. Its aim was to attempt to find answers to the problems that face the global economy. The theme of the Conference “From Financial Crisis To a New Economic Order – The Need to Reintroduce Trust and Integrity as Common Business Practices" brought together 140 delegates from 13 countries.

Em meio às montanhas de Panchgani, sul de Puna, o Centro de Conferências Asia Plateau está recebendo, de 4 a 7 de Fevereiro, um evento chamado “Coração de Liderança Efetiva” (HEL). Trinta gerentes empresariais participam, vindos de setores públicos e privados em Puna, Mumbai, Bangalore e Hyderabad.

The Asia Plateau conference centre in India recently hosted a four-day “Heart of Effective Leadership” (HEL) conference, 4 to 7 February. Some 30 leading business managers, including a distinguished faculty, took part. In recent years some 500 to 600 business managers and IAS officers from across India have passed through the HEL courses.

At the beginning of  2008 Victor Kung (General Secretary of Tainan Family EQ Association), and Ren-Jou and Grace Liu, attended an Initiatives of Change Global Consultation held in Asia Plateau, India. On returning home, they initiated a programme called Family, I Care - Bringing Love Home!

Duzentos e cinqüenta pessoas de 32 países participaram da celebração de 15 a 21 de Janeiro para responder ‘Qual o papel mais importante que Asia Plateau pode ter no mundo dinâmico e perigoso de hoje? Como podemos ajudar a concretizar a visão de Asia Plateau para um mundo mais justo, tranqüilo e transparente ?

For 40 years, Asia Plateau, the IofC Asian centre in Panchgani, India, has motivated thousands to transform their own lives for the greater good, with a ripple effect around them. 250 people from 32 countries attended the celebration from 15-21 January to seek "What is the heightened role that Asia Plateau can play in today's fast-changing, threatened world? How can we help fulfil Asia Plateau's vision of a cleaner, calmer and fairer world?"

One longs to see Asia Plateau emerge as the finest expression of the role Initiatives of Change is meant to play in this world.
