Solomon Islands Conference and Workshop Report

A report of the Winds of Change conference, 29 April to 1 May, held in Honiara, Solomon Islands, with the special participation of Archbishop Desmond Tutu. The document also has reports of the two workshops for former combatants which followed the conference.
