Caux Initiatives for Business (CIB) encourages business leaders, young professionals, NGO representatives, trade unionists, experts and decision makers to work together to bridge the gap between the theory and practice of values - in personal conduct and in economic life.
A women Creators of Peace Circle was held on 18-20 November 2011 at Mathare Valley in Nairobi, Kenya. The three day circle brought together 14 women from different ethnicities and walks of life into a safe, supportive and healing forum.

Ocho mujeres afrikáneres participaron en un taller de Círculos de paz en la granja Oosterhuizen, a unos 15 km fuera de Ventersdorp, un pueblo racialmente sensible.
Eight Afrikaner women participated in a peace circles workshop on the Oosterhuizen farm about 15km outside Ventersdorp, a racially sensitive town.
'I never knew I carried so much emotional baggage, but now I know where to start', said Fathima during the discussion on forgiveness. She was one of the eleven participants, Muslim and Christian, attending a Creators of Peace Circle workshop arranged by a Muslim NGO, Baytul Nur on 10 and 11 December in Durban.
"Eu nunca soube que eu carregava tal bagagem emocional, mas agora eu sei por onde começar", disse Fathima durante o debate sobre o perdão. Ela foi um dos onze participantes, muçulmanas e cristãs, participando de uma oficina do Circulo de Criadoras de Paz organizada por uma ONG muçulmana, Nur Baytul, em 10 e 11 de Dezembro em Durban.
